*What You'll Do?*
* Be the final guardian of medication safety by meticulously checking prescriptions and orders.
* Apply your clinical expertise to specialised prescriptions, including kidney dialysis, home healthcare, and travel needs.
* Maintain accurate records, raising errors and taking corrective action.
* Ensure medications are clearly labelled according to regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to prioritise specialised orders.
* Uphold the highest standards by following all SOPs, GPhC, and RPS guidelines.
* Verify patient information and ensure timely medication delivery.
* Handle medication returns efficiently and complete paperwork.
* Seamlessly transition responsibilities with colleagues.
* Continuously learn and share your knowledge on pharmacy advancements.
* Provide valuable medication insights to patients, healthcare professionals, and the team.
* Address patient complaints professionally with thorough investigation and resolution.

*Qualifications - *
* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
* MPharm Degree
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
