le:**As the Lead Behavioural Strategist, you will be at the forefront of their behavioural change consultancy practice. Your role will inv

olve:

  • Leadership: Leading a multi-disciplinary team of behavioural researchers, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality behavioural change pro

jects.- Client Engagement: Pitching new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business develo

pment.- Strategy & Execution: Building strategic capability across the business and pioneering new approaches to behavioural architecture. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored interventions, and ensuring smooth project exec

ution.- Behavioural Science Expertise: Applying behavioural models, exploring biases and heuristics, and testing and iterating interventions to ensure effectiv

eness.

  • Lead and manage a team of behavioural scientists to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expec

tations.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s behavioural architecture capab

ilities.- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and pitch innovative so

outputs.- Conduct behavioural research, design interventions, and evaluate their

  • Proven experience in leading behavioural science projects, ideally across multiple industries within a consulting en

vironment.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solvi

ng skills.- Excellent client management and business development

abilities.- Deep understanding of behavioural models, biases, and h

euristics.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simul

taneously.- Excellent communication and interperson

al skills.
