Senior Firmware

Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Firmware/Software Engineer with a business which has been charging forward and won big, long-term projects, so are looking to expand in various departments.

Youll be an important member of the team and work on firmware/software requirements across various market sectors related to green energy.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in firmware development and testing
• Ensure documentation is completed and maintained
• Provide technical support to other engineers and leaders
• Interact with hardware design teams
• Develop good code which will meet required standards
• Continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Able to read and understand schematics
• Microcontroller firmware development
• Able to develop Windows software
• C/C++ experience
• Debugging experience

Desirable (not essential)

• MISRA coding standards
• Source control expertise
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
