This successful independent restaurant group is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Pizza Chef for its Battersea all day caférestaurant. Set in a stunning central London Park this 300+ cover venue is a beautiful place to work with a fun team. The Kitchen offers breakfasts, brunches, lunches, bbq & sourdough pizzas, the cafe caters for both eat-in and takeaway customers.

Open from 8.00am until dusk, with extended hours and offerings for summer evenings that include informal park dining, jazz and other music nights. The food and dishes are fresh and thoughtfully crafted, menus are seasonally driven, with an emphasis on quality and provenance. Our food has a fantastic reputation and we are hoping to find the right candidate to grow with us, evolve our style and contribute directly.

As Pizza Chef, you will assist the Head Chef, helping with all aspects of the day to day running of the pizza section, The pizza section runs from 3pm – 10pm weekdays and 11am – 10pm weekends. Daily jobs will include:

• Pizza service, working closely with the team of chefs and KPs • Quality assurance • Stock management • Health, Safety and Hygiene • Compliance with statutory regulations and legislation

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as a Pizza Chef in a similar unit • Boundless energy and enthusiasm • Can-do attitude Salary: £15+ per hour, depending on experience Company Pension Scheme Meals and drinks whilst on duty
