My client is a prestigious/Luxury Higher Education group that own 5 Schools/Universities that have campuses around the globe and also a suite of online courses that specialise in Hospitality. They have a centralised Digital Marketing and Sales division circa 60 people based in Central London.

They are looking for a CRO Analyst who will be responsible for leading conversion optimisation throughout the lead funnel/ sales journey by identifying friction and bottlenecks in the overall journey and be able to Identify online and offline initiatives that attract traffic to digital channels and focuses on conversion best practices to increase ROI (Return on Investment)


Responsibilities:


  • Conceive, develop, and execute measurable and actionable tests on the company's various digital assets (Applicant portal, nurture streams, landing pages, offline event…) to increase conversion rates, UX, accurate tracking and ultimately contribute to greater ROI of our investment.
  • Foster a testing culture to constantly optimize digital campaigns; collaborate with multi-functional teams to generate and execute new test ideas
  • Effectively communicate test results and next steps to the various stakeholders.
  • Anticipate customer needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement by prioritizing tests and technological integration.
  • Manage the entire testing process, including prioritization, requirements analysis, implementation, measurement, and recommendation of next steps
  • Analyze test results and propose optimizations to achieve objectives
  • Create holistic dashboards by importing data from different sources, for periodic analysis for the internal team and for presentations to the rest of the organisation.


Experience:


  • 1- 3 years’ experience in a growth hacking or CRO role
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
  • Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
  • Good communication, and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation, including end users and technical resources / good Interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with A/B tests and multivariate
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools (e.g. VWO), such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms (e.g. smartly, Datorama)
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Ad Managers, audiences and GTM
  • Experience of working with Agile development teams a plus


The offices are based in Central London and they go into the office 2-3 days a week. It pays upto £50,000 basic plus excellent benefits
