The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced family lawyer (3-10 years PQE) to join our thriving family law team in our London office. You will play a key role in handling a wide range of complex family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Child arrangements
  • Pre-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Civil partnerships
  • Domestic violence

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of family law.
  • Handling all stages of the family law process, from initial client meetings to negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
  • Drafting and filing all necessary court documents.
  • Representing clients in court hearings.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues within the family law team and other departments across the firm.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
  • You have a strong track record of success in handling complex family law matters.
  • You are a confident and experienced advocate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly organised, efficient, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • You are passionate about family law and have a genuine desire to help people navigate difficult times.
