Our client has been around for 30+ years and has a fantastic reputation in the plumbing & heating sector. What you'll be doing:

Our client operates in the Gas sector, so as a Gas Contract Manger you'll be responsible for delivering upon service and repair contracts with a number of our clients customers with the aim of ensuring a quality service is delivered, on time, within budget and maximizing client satisfaction.

You'll also be:

  • Attending monthly meetings with clients to discuss progress and any issues faced
  • Compile reports based on client requirement
  • Work allocation to Engineers
  • Monitor parts and labour spend against budget and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the department works within the compliance framework by working alongside the Technical Manager and the Compliance Manager.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:45 AM - 4:45 PM

Pay:

£45,000 per year + a ton of benefits
