We are looking for an Architectural Technician with 5 years of experience to join our team.


You will be working in a busy Architectural department, covering residential, healthcare, industrial, and commercial projects.


This role is based at our central Gateshead office, where you will work alongside the rest of the team. However, remote working is available 1-2 days a week.


You must have the following:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Architectural Design & Detailing
  • Experience of Autodesk Revit
  • Knowledge and understanding of BIM Processes
  • Experienced in producing drawings at all stages (Feasibility to Construction)
  • A working knowledge of Building Regulations
  • A construction-related qualification
  • Excellent IT Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • Be Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team, as well as individually
  • Ability to lead projects

 

The following would be advantageous but not mandatory:


  • Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Experience producing building specifications (preferably NBS Chorus)
  • Experience using Autodesk 3DS Max & Photoshop
