Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • In-depth experience scoping, producing, and budgeting small to large-scale commercial and in-house projects.
  • Client/ Account management.
  • Passion for producing high-quality creative work with a holistic approach and an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ensuring creative feedback is implemented and providing creative solutions to project challenges.
  • Designing and managing project timelines, ensuring work is delivered to deadlines, and working within tight timeframes.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage end-to-end production on projects with Production Manager and, where necessary freelance production support.
  • Creating and maintaining solid relationships with internal teams, artists, agents, and key suppliers.
  • Working with the team to challenge and evolve creative process and execution.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven significant experience as a senior producer running multidisciplinary campaigns for DOOH, immersive experiences, and digital and advertising campaigns (highly desirable to have at least 10+ years’ experience).
  • Experienced client facing producer working with agencies, clients and partners from world-leading brands in a creative agency or production house environment. Ability to build relationships and encourage solid relationships with clients. 
  • Experience with CGI pipelines, VFX, virtual production and content created using Real-Time technology is highly desirable.
  • Experience budgeting and scoping large-scale projects, reconciling financials, and cost reporting.
  • Existing network of industry contacts (freelance network of designers, producers and artists).
  • Organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Demonstrate proven experience in handling several projects simultaneously across multiple deadlines and the ability to switch gears immediately.
  • Ability to work independently and also within a team structure.
  • Able to contract, negotiate, schedule, and manage vendors and crews.
  • Knowledge of all contractual obligations.
  • Ability to problem solve with a high value placed on critical thinking, being able to consider the potential outcomes of each decision and selecting the most reasoned and well informed one.
  • A genuine passion for creating new, exciting, and original work.
