PMO Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO manager to join our IT team here at Harrods. This is a highly visible role within IT and will require you to regularly engage with our IT Leadership Team and other senior managers within departments
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
About The Role
The EPMO Manager will replicate established PMO practice, frameworks and process within the ITPMO and look to replicate that across Harrods to establish an Enterprise PMO. This would include coaching, mentoring, training and leading the change across the business by supporting business change as well as technical change.The role will line manage the IT PMO Analyst and our EMPO Analyst - and support Portfolio Management across to areas of the business where this is not yet established.
This is a highly visible role within IT and will require you to regularly engage with our IT Leadership Team and other senior managers within the department. This exciting and unique role will position you in the heart of the action in a business unlike any other.
You will also;
Lead the establishment of an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office
Conduct continuous assessment of current practices and processes and drive performance improvement
Conduct project audits and checkpoint assessments to ensure projects are structured and managed appropriately
Produce and maintain a dashboard of leading strategic metrics & KPIs
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experience Enterprise PMO professional with a strong customer services focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. It is important that the successful candidate has a project management qualification or P30 as well previous experience in Portfolio delivery. We are looking for someone who isconfident in working and partnering at all levels to ensure decisions are escalated to the relevant parties and considerations are made when there are changes in the project lifecycle.
You will also have the following;
Previous experience of EPMO Set Up and Maturity
University Level qualification.e.g. undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in a related field e.g. business, economics, computer science
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision
Excellent time management skills and theability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks or project
