ESMOS is currently recruiting for our client a new Head of Content based in London.

This global role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in events and exhibitions. As a Head of Content your responsibilities includes shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful work as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop competitive strategies for global positioning.
  • Create business plans for content positioning and audience retention.
  • Ensure regional and global relevance in content strategy.
  • Mentor teams to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Engage and influence industry stakeholders.
  • Drive community engagement through digital content.
  • Build and manage a global social media presence.
  • Reposition products and teams for growth.
  • Manage governance for continuity and succession planning.
  • Integrate technology trends and audience research into content delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and guide team members.
  • Cultivate relationships and drive revenue.

Requirements:-

  • Proven experience in events and exhibitions.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in digital content and social media strategies.
  • Experience in business planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage and develop teams across various regions.

Important details:

  • Salary: £65-£75K + 20% KPI Bonus.
  • Working Style: 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH - Once you pass probation.
