The Client Services Manager will manage all aspects of delivering best-in-class client IT services. The focus will be on delivering consistent high quality IT services and solutions to both public and private sectors across the UK. This is a broad role that encompasses elements of client relationship management, project management, delivery management and service management. We are seeking a seasoned individual that enjoys having multiple concurrent workstreams to manage and who likes being able to make a big positive impact. The team’s focus is to deliver industry-leading client experience and deepen existing client relationships. This role is based in Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish project plans, identify key deliverables, and allocate resourceseffectively.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement solutions to keep projects ontrack.

Delivery Management:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed clientexpectations.

• Ensure service delivery aligns with client goals and objectives, providing proactive communication andsupport throughout the process.

Service Review Management:

• Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas forimprovement.

• Analyse client feedback and data to drive continuous service enhancements and optimise clientsatisfaction.

• Implement service improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance overall client experience andloyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in client services management, project management, and service delivery.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
