Our client are looking for a Innovation Project Coordinator from any background with exposure to projects within the FMCG space to establish a consistent, rigorous and faster approach to NPD and packaging management within the branded business, and champion excellence in execution within the Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Innovation Project Coordinator will work closely with all members of the Marketing team to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning, and timing of renovation, innovation, or pack projects.
  • Ensure projects stay on track, including carrying out specific tasks in the brand management process such as packaging reorders, finalising artwork, and validation.
  • Manage the entire process for innovation and renovation projects, including sourcing and uploading data to keep internal systems up to date and accurate.
  • The Innovation Project Coordinator will oversee project approval processes across functions and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders..

Requirements:

  • Experience of successfully managing cross functional processes/projects within a large FMCG organisation
  • A recognised qualification in project management would be an advantage
  • Strong collaborative influencing skills
  • Experienced in presenting to a varied audience
  • The Innovation Project Coordinator should have an interest in branding and packaging
