Job Description

Publicis Media is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Commerce Strategy Partner / Managing Partner to join our rapidly expanding roster of top-tier clients in the UK. If you're a commerce specialist with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving client success, we want to hear from you

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge retail strategies, helping clients achieve their Commerce ambitions. Your expertise will support initiatives like digital shelf eContent optimisation and stakeholder upskilling, enabling clients to work with retailers in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Publicis Commerce, leading client discussions with enthusiasm.
  • Lead a commerce strategy team for named clients, managing both direct and matrix relationships.
  • Develop comprehensive client strategies, recommending solutions that address business challenges.
  • Identify business challenges, develop frameworks, and integrate Commerce data for strategic decision-making.
  • Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
  • Upskill the business on key topics and emerging trends.
  • Identify gaps in our offerings and collaborate to build new solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
  • Monitor client competitors and share insights.
  • Manage client projects from concept to review, including case studies and results sharing.
  • Support broader Publicis Commerce and Media initiatives.

 

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Methodical, well-organised, and adaptable, with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Commerce landscape and subject matter expertise in key areas described above.
  • Experience in business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
