Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as Head of Communication and Digital Strategy. In this role, you will lead our communications strategy, brand, and digital efforts, overseeing all teams responsible for directly engaging with our audiences. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging across all communication channels and sustaining momentum in the development of our Digital Maturity within the Global Fundraising and Engagement Group.

Do you have experience in:

  • Formulating communications strategies for both UK and international audiences?
  • Strategic planning and providing advice to executive teams?
  • Managing all aspects of digital marketing communications?
  • Communicating messages that cut through and align with corporate goals?
  • Growing brand awareness and engagement?
  • Integrating communications teams and functions?
  • Budget management and team leadership?

Do you possess knowledge and understanding of:

  • Relief and development issues?
  • Communicating with a range of Christian audiences?
  • Fundraising and marketing?
  • Digital maturity and transformation?
  • Working across varied audiences in the UK and globally?
  • Agile delivery?
