Head of Sales - Events & Production Agency

North West / North East / Hybrid

£50,000 + excellent OTE + car


Senior level opportunity in events production where you will lead a team of new business and account managers to success


The agency


From live events production to full service creative communications this agency delivers engaging experiences for their clients across the UK. As a full service agency and production company they push boundaries and are enjoying continuing success year on year. We are now supporting with the hire of a pivotal Head of Sales


The role


A true brand ambassador this role will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director to support them in delivering the annual revenue and growth targets whilst managing a team. The role is broad, from managing your own accounts to working closely with the team to achieve their targets you will lead from the front and deliver key objectives set with the Director. A highly dynamic role where you will be rewarded both individually and through your team for success.


About you


Passionate, hungry and super energetic you will leave no stone unturned in your quest for success This is a fast paced role where you will be expected to deliver to high standards and motivate a team each and every day. You will have experience in selling across a full service events proposition and are used to working to individual and wider team targets. A deep foothold in the events industry, excellent supplier relations and contract negotiation skills is key.
