Our extensive library is filled with AI-rigged and animated models, seamlessly integrated into 3D editing platforms like Blender, 3DsMax, Maya, and Roblox, enhancing the creative process across the board.


The role

As a QA Analyst at Anything World, you will be instrumental in designing and executing testing strategies to enhance product quality and user experience. Your responsibilities will include both structured and exploratory testing within our ongoing product and service offerings, aiming to pinpoint and resolve issues while ensuring the highest quality of our innovative gaming services. You will engage in testing, employ automation where feasible, and provide feedback to ensure our releases consistently exceed user expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to refine product features.
  • Develop and implement detailed test plans for product releases.
  • Conduct extensive testing across various stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain issue tickets throughout the bug life cycle.
  • Assist in technical demonstrations for team members.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and performance monitoring.
  • Assist users who may reach out with questions, bug reports and other issues.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency with game engines like Unity and/or Unreal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA role, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in Black Box testing techniques.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Adept at creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritise and accurately estimate the duration of tasks.


Nice-to-haves

  • Programming Skills: Proficient in one or more programming languages including C#, C++, or Python.
  • Automated Testing: Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Version Control: Experienced with using Git for version control to manage code repositories effectively.
  • API Testing: Skilled in API testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Bug Tracking and Test Management: Familiar with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Shortcut and test case management tools like Testrail or Testmo, facilitating thorough and organized testing workflows.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledgeable about CI/CD practices and tools such as CircleCI, enhancing development processes and product quality.
