Key Responsibilities:
- Support on Quoting: Assist in preparing and reviewing quotes for large packages of work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- ERP System Utilisation: Use the company's ERP system to input, track, and manage data related to estimates and quotes.
- Assist BD Managers and Estimating Engineers: Provide day-to-day support to Business Development Managers and Estimating Engineers, aiding in their tasks and facilitating smooth operations.
- Quote Review and Update: Regularly review and update quotes using Excel, ensuring data is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excel Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and preparing quotes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable, but training will be provided.
