As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management of the home in East Riding of Yorkshire
  • Ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with complex behaviours
  • Working closely with the regional team for support and development

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role should have:

  • Home management experience within a complex care setting
  • A proven track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership abilities and a commitment to quality care provision
