This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Pricing Analyst who is passionate about using their skills to develop and validate predictive and machine learning models, and provide accurate datasets for modelling, pricing, and monitoring. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching our Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts, and executing, developing, and project managing all stages of the price control cycle.
We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in programming languages and experienced in using analytics to solve complex business problems. You should be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to convey advanced statistical concepts to a non-statistical audience. Your strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Moreover, as part of this role, you will be responsible for managing our price positioning and competitor analysis to optimise competitive positioning and contribution per policy. You will also inform and influence senior management and heads of department, and deputize for the Senior Pricing Manager or Manager where required.
