Title: Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Monitoring
Location: London
Salary: Highly competitive with an exceptional bonus structure
The Role:
I am partnering exclusively with a leading Private Equity firm in their search for a Assistant Vice President within their Portfolio team.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to vital investment and asset management decisions, through producing detailed financial and data driven insights to shape their European strategy.
You will have a pivotal role working in a hugely collaborative environment, and benefit from working alongside an established team of colleagues who will support throughout the reporting process.
The Key Duties Will Include:
- Providing detailed support to the execution of transactions, and to value-add asset management strategies, for a diverse range of property type and geographical locations
- Support the annual budget process and periodic evaluation of asset performance
- Produce in-depth reporting crucial in enabling the Asset Management team to deliver effective performance on their portfolio
- Coordination of annual strategic asset planning process for European real estate portfolio
- Coordinate deal execution and closing, developing governance structures, championing the efficiency of processes across the group
- Developing data-driven asset management strategies to service investments in properties, platforms, JVs and operating companies through effective data analysis capabilities
- Working within the Portfolio team in Europe, a boutique team of experienced individuals with excellent financial acumen
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
- Proven real estate expertise, knowledge, with portfolio management or related experience
- Comfortable with large datasets, and adept at manipulating data to deliver insights about the portfolio
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage projects
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with visualisation tools such as Tableau
