Position Summary:

With a continuous success in contracts awarded, they are seeking an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in building services engineering. The role involves leading projects, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead mechanical design aspects, coordinate with clients and teams, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Design and Engineering: Develop detailed mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, using industry-standard tools. Ensure compliance with standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
