Job Description

jelli is delighted to be working with a fast growing FMCG Health & Beauty company that has an impressive portfolio of consumer brands across haircare, skincare and bodycare.


What’s it all about?

You will support the Senior Brand Manager to deliver a strong brand performance for a key brand in the portfolio. You will lead new product development (NPD), build your commercial acumen and work across the Marketing mix. A fantastic role for someone who wants to break into the FMCG/Beauty sector.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and support the development of the NPD pipeline.
  • Deliver the brand support activity across Digital, retail and other channels.
  • Support the sales teams and attend key retailer meetings.
  • Prepare reports and analyse key metrics and KPIs.
  • Be the ambassador and guardian for the brand.


What we need from you:

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Digital skills plus..
  • Experience working within the FMCG/CPG sector within the UK is a big bonus.
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in data and reporting.
  • Importantly it's your ‘can do’ attitude. We’re looking for someone that loves to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • You have lots of ideas, you’re very inquisitive and you want to learn
  • You work well with people.


What you can expect?

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Working Type: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £25k-£30k
