OK COOL is a (very) creative studio for social media.


We humanise brands. We connect them to culture. We help them think, act and behave like the people they need to connect with.


Our clients are cultural powerhouses like Nike, Disney, Spotify, Heineken, Mr Porter, Tag Heuer and Cathay Pacific and we’re looking for a Midweight/Senior Creative with an exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape. You’ll be a meme maverick, viral sensationalist, super reactive culture freak who can provide creative concepts that entertain, educate, inspire and work smart to bring our brand worlds to life


You’re on the bleeding edge of trends; have a deep understanding of community building and engagement. You’re a subculture investigator and initiator; you have a sharp eye for graphics and a keen interest in video production. 


The Role:

You will be responsible for developing the always-on creative concepts and working with content producers to bring to life the narrative, tone and look and feel of our clients’ monthly content and broader social media campaigns.

As part of your day to day you will ideate concepts for social assets, develop social videos by writing treatments including scripts, storyboards, moodboards and shot lists to work with Creative Producers to bring to life still and video shoots; and oversee design, creator and shoot briefs to ensure all work is produced to the quality standards of the OK COOL brand and clients.



You must have:

  • An excellent understanding of the social media industry and platforms
  • Experience generating short form social content 
  • Experience in ideating and producing Instagram and TikTok content 
  • Strong visual skills and high proficiency with the Adobe Suite  
  • Able to prioritise workload requirements
  • Client-facing and confident in decision making.
