Department Description
The Human Resource team is a small but growing team who are supporting Allica Bank and its employees to reach their goals.

Role Description
The role of HR Administrator at Allica Bank will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners, and wider HR Team with all aspects of HR administration. The HR Administrator will support the HR function ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and initiatives and will play a key part in enabling the implementation of HR strategy by supporting both managers and employees as we continue to grow the bank.

The role requires a detailed-oriented individual with strong organization and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Principal Accountabilities

HR Administration
Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide support on the reporting of issues, including the pre-employment screening processes and escalates situations as appropriate when in doubt
Be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to policy, procedure, payroll and general information
Support with the management of the shared HR inbox escalating queries where appropriate
Coordinate the monthly company induction for all employees
Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that these are up to date and relevant
Produce and check contracts, letters, policies, and other HR documentation
Support the management of the Annual Mandatory Training plan
Support with all HR activities including Learning & Development, Performance and Rewards & Benefits
Using HR data to provide reports and dashboards
Be responsible for maintaining and updating data on the HR system
Any additional duties as required from the HR Business Partners or Head of HR

Recruitment
Supporting the recruitment and selection process where appropriate

Payroll
Ensure all payroll documentation is collected
Supporting the Payroll specialist as required

Personal Attributes & Experience
Previous Banking/FS experience is desirable but not essential
Proven experience in managing work from multiple stakeholders to agreed deadlines/SLA’s
Strong attention to detail
Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers such as outsourced HR services, payroll providers, recruitment agencies, benefit providers and LinkedIn
Commercial understanding of the business and how HR can support the requirements of stakeholders
Ability to plan ahead to provide proactive HR support to the business
Pragmatic, diplomatic, and a good team player
Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organization
