We are a leading provider of innovative linear LED lighting solutions, dedicated to transforming spaces with cutting-edge design and functionality. With a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, our products are at the forefront of the lighting industry, illuminating everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks.

As the Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural and design community. Enabling and supporting a team of project administrators to collaborate closely with specifiers, architects, lighting designers, and contractors to promote our products and secure specifications for projects ranging from commercial buildings to hospitality spaces.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a LED Flex’s customer base and solidify its presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a project administration team 
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the lighting design and architectural communities 
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key market segments
  • Providing reports on relevant sales figures to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design and data teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the project administration team.
  • Developing your project administration team through motivation, 1-2-1 mentoring and product knowledge education.

About you

  • Self-Motivated, positive attitude.
  • Analytical and financially aware.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of liaising at all levels.
  • Experience and/or an interest in lighting would be highly desired but not essential.
  • Flexibility to allow limited travel across the UK.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Commercial and business awareness with a good level of negotiation and influencing skills.

Benefits

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.  With an additional day of leave per year employed by the company.
