Role:

Leading and co-ordinating role in project managing all new product launch programs within NPD, participate in and manage supply chain planning, sourcing decisions and quality assessment to ensure all party readiness for product launch timing. Facilitate / coordinate product handover from NPD to Operations following launch activities. Manage / Support project management activities to ensure product developments are tracked in line with agreed budgets / timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the introduction of new products into existing and new territories.
- Provide project management support for Development Projects.
- Demonstrate strong and dynamic matrix team leadership; develop and monitor the performance of project team members through resource planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Participate in and contribute to the broader teams, supporting business development and growth by making evidence-based proposals and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree or equivalent plus business experience
- Extensive experience and knowledge of SOP activities within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Current understanding of GMP/GDP regulations and requirements
- Strong Supply Chain process experience. Good experience on supplier contracts negotiation and execution
- Experience of managing relationships of suppliers, CMOs, logistics providers, wholesalers, and laboratories
- End-to-end project management experience of new product launches involving multiple external participants
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels, including matrix team management, leadership, interactions with stakeholders in terms of both written and verbal communication skills
- Influential and persuasive; a credible confident communicator
- Ability to successfully manage numerous and complex product launch projects concurrently and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels/stakeholders.
