Job Title: Telesales Agent Location : Seymore Terrace, Liverpool Job Type : Full-time Salary : £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+ Hours : Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30 Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 (Finish at 14:00 if targets are met) Job Description : Our client is on the hunt for Telesales Agents to handle Life Insurance sales. You will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team. Key Responsibilities : Offering A can-do attitude to your work Delivering telephone-based Life Insurance Protection advice Ensuring that FCA regulations are met Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis Working towards targets and KPIs The Candidate : 1 year of Outbound B2B or B2C telesales Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) Excellent telephone handling skills Excellent letter writing skills Excellent organisational and administration skills Strong time management skills Used to working to targets in a pressured environment Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
