WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X Special Projects (Senior) Specialist located in London.
  • Support scheduling of key senior leadership meetings across Business Development function:Manage scheduling for PICs (Product Investment Committee), PA drop-ins, quarterly business reviews (with significant rescheduling), BD Forums, and preparation meetings for PICs and PA Forums. Liaise with EAs across stakeholder groups for any meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate Team meetings including preparing agendas, preparing presentations and content, and documenting actions and minutes as needed.
  • Strategic Projects Support: Support in establishing project plans, milestones and key next steps against priorities, and ensure we track and report on progress as needed.
  • PMO BD Team priorities: Manage to-do tasks (using tools like Trello), ensure follow-ups, and manage sources of truth for reports (e.g., BCG X Offers spreadsheets, distribution list management, PAAF reporting processes, etc.).
  • Support BCG PA Affiliation (PAAF) processes: Coordinate significant PAAF changes with PA M&O teams, ensure we stay aligned with PA policies on event attendance etc., serve as the PA Affiliation contact for BCG X, advise and support PAAF teams on how best to engage with X data and population types, actively engage with PA People and Affiliation Network.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Logistics & Administration Management including scheduling and coordinating with senior stakeholders, able to drive complex meeting set ups, ensure alignment and attendance of key stakeholders, work with constantly evolving schedules.
  • Project Management including managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities at once,across multiple stakeholders and driving them to completion, influencing peers and senior stakeholders to achieve agreed timelines and outcomes of strategic projects.
  • PowerPoint presentations utilizing Efficient Elements and other BCG tools (e.g. Deckster) to create effective communications and presentations to support projects, team meetings, etc.
  • Effectively communicating to ensure clarity and alignment across a multitude of stakeholders to support the effective delivery of projects on agreed timelines.
  • Effective collaboration, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different geographies and seniority levels.
  • Data analysis including ability to analyze data in excels requiring pivot tables, look-ups, etc.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and the BCG ecosystem.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a global organization (Experience in Knowledge Management or Consulting a plus)
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology platforms and tools for managing reports, distribution lists, and coordinating special projects.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a Global BCG X Special Projects Senior Specialist, you will work with the BCG X Business Development team as well as senior stakeholders in Practice Areas as required, and you will be reporting to the BCG X Global Operations and Business Development Executive Director.
