We are a thriving law firm based in the City of London, seeking to appoint ambitious and self-motivated Solicitors on a fee-sharing consultancy basis to join our immigration department. This role offers flexible working hours and a generous consultancy agreement, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to balance their professional and personal lives while maximising their earning potential.
The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a transferable client following in immigration law. As a Consultant Solicitor, you will be expected to manage your own caseload independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters
Manage and develop your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient handling of cases
Maintain and grow your client base through networking and business development activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other members of the firm to provide a seamless client experience

Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor/lawyer with at least 1 year of PQE in immigration law
Transferable client following in immigration law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficient in using case management systems and legal research tools
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
