About the Role:

Are you a driven and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant with expertise in the Industrial sector? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Walsall. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial clients, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the Industrial sector.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities within the industrial market.
  • Ensure timely placements and a high level of client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and developments in the Industrial sector.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on the Industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Industrial job market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to succeed and exceed targets.
