H9 are exclusively partnering with a leading organisation in care industry looking to hire a HR Admin & Payroll on a initial12 month FTC with a view to go permanent.

They are looking for someone who really enjoys multi tasking, getting involved in a wide array of tasks and is second to none at administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to support the HR Team.


Some the responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • and update employee electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • in the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • and execute all HR administrative tasks, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring timely implementation of any changes or updates.
  • comprehensive support throughout the employee life cycle, including drafting and managing employment contracts, conducting reference checks, and verifying right-to-work documentation.
  • in all payroll activities, including processing timesheets, handling payroll queries, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.


The salary being offered is between £24,000pa-£26,000pa, this is a 5 day on site (Monday,Friday)
