You will be working as a Senior Agent taking on project management responsibilities in the Costain Heathrow team, specifically working of the early phases of the project and growing the construction team to meet the increasing volume and complexity of construction works as the programme moves through its projects and phases to completion

  • Lead a project/s from the stage in which it is allocated to us to its end point working with the various disciplines, the supply chain and with Heathrow (our partner)
  • Ensure the project and contractual requirements are met while maintaining a strong relationship with our partner.
  • Proactively manage the Programme, risks, opportunities and budget
  • Deliver Internal and external reporting with overall responsibility for meeting the performance requirements of the project (s)
  • Leading by example in respect of Health, safety and wellbeing,
  • Drive efficiency and continual productivity improvements, creating best practise for the team and adding value for our customer.
  • Understand and Champion the Heathrow one team ethos.
  • Champion Sustainability for all those involved

Establish clear lines of communications throughout the integrated team, defining roles and responsibilities in order to ensure the efficient use of resources and the delivery of cost-effective solutions.
