Contract, immediate with 6 monthly extensions

£competitive hourly rate - outside IR35

Fitter, technician, mechanical, aircraft, aviation, aerospace

As an Aircraft Mechanical Technician, you will build, commission and test aircraft and related sub-systems. You will also assist with the complete development of test rigs and supporting flight test programmes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within aircraft/aviation maintenance/overhaul
  • educational background in aerospace or aviation/wider engineering accreditation
  • Good knowledge of structural production techniques, repairs & composites.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems & aircraft/maintenance documentation (beneficial).
  • Commercial or military aircraft experience.
