The Role:

The Client Advisor will be the face of the brand, embodying the brand’s values and delivering unparalleled service to their discerning clientele.

The primary focus will be on driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients through expert knowledge and personalized service.

Additionally, the Client Advisor will play an integral role in the visual merchandising (VM) of the store, ensuring that displays reflect the brand’s creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging knowledge of luxury footwear and delivering a bespoke client experience.
  • CRM: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing a client book and utilizing CRM tools to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to ensure the store’s visual presentation is impeccable, contributing creative ideas to enhance product displays and brand storytelling.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment where every member thrives.
