The Greyhound Hotel is an impressive traditional pub that lies in the heart of the busy market town of Wadhurst. Currently operating from one bar with a separate restaurant area, an extensive garden, patio with benched seating, function room and five en-suite letting rooms make this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator. The bar area has a traditional feel with cosy open fire place, providing room for 40 covers. On the first floor is the large function room which can be utilised for private dining or events. The five en-suite letting rooms are located in the adjacent building and a great way to drive additional revenue. There is a good-sized catering kitchen equipped for a variety of menu needs, something the new publican will need to develop.
