*What is the role?*

A Chef de Partie is a great support to the Sous and Head Chef, by leading and motivating the teams as well as delivering outstanding results. As a CDP you will live and breathe the brand and companies values and drive a culture throughout the team and restaurant. You will be one of the operational superhero’s for our great team of chefs

You are a driven Chef de Partie. Committed to delivering only the highest standards of food through leading, supporting and coaching the kitchen team to ensure we deliver nothing but the very best.

You love to see others grow and commit your time to developing your team. You have strong food hygiene and health & safety understanding and can drive these skills to support the operation of a profitable business.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Are you passionate about food and have exceptional standards with a good understanding of fresh produce?
* Do you have good knowledge of food safety and health and safety?
* Are you organised and work well under pressure?

· Do you have a good understanding of finances (stock counts, rota’s, training budget etc)

· Do you have excellent people skills

· Do you have experience within a similar role / environment

*To be considered, we are looking for:*

· Experience within a similar position, whether this is within a high volume travel location or experience working with a brand

· Strong leadership skills & evidence of leading a large team

· Strong kitchen experience and health & food hygiene safety
