About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
  • Immediate start, continuing throughout the 2024/25 academic year
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver personalised learning strategies for SEN students
  • Promote inclusion and ensure active participation of all students in lessons
  • Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being during lessons and activities
  • Assist in supporting extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience
