About the Pub

Located in the centre of South Milford this is a large, imposing detatched site with a wide choice for the local community offering, food/accommodation/live TV sports/teams & games. South Milford is located in the region of six miles from Leeds and two miles off the main A1 and is easily accessible due to local train station. The Pub is in good internal and external order and this is a fantastic opportunity for a family friendly Pub operation.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

The Swan Hotel is well supported by the local community but invites some passing trade due to its prominent position and accommodation. We are looking for an experienced operator to further develop the business for both wet and food sale as well as accomodation. We will be looking to refresh the current Fixtures and Fittings to maximise the significant opportunity. This is a great opportunity to refresh the current offer and relaunch within the community.

The Swan Hotel is situated in South Milford, a historic agricultural village which has recently benefitted from a boost in population due to its new housing developments, shops and businesses. South Milford is generally considered a commuting satellite for neighboring towns and cities, thanks to the local motorway network including the A1(M), M1 and M62 and local train station. Nevertheless, the village maintains links with the local farming community and has a strong community feel.
