About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is partnering with an established housing association in Cambridgeshire in the recruitment for an Interim Surveyor/Inspector.


Accountabilities

  • Carry out responsive repair inspections
  • Carry out surveys for repair work and write specification reports
  • Assist with planned maintenance
  • Carry out management of voids


Candidate Requirements

  • Full drivers licence
  • Proven experience in surveying and carrying out inspections within a housing setting
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Schedule rates experience
