DerventioUK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Team Leader to lead the health services catering provision for 70 residents at our client's facility in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organisational and supervisory skills in a kitchen-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the daily catering operations for 70 residents.
Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements to cater to residents' specific needs.
Implement and uphold food hygiene practices, including Intermediate Food Hygiene standards or above.
Requirements :
Possess 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent qualifications.
Hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate or above.
Comprehensive knowledge of allergens, dietary needs, HACCP, and COSHH.
Proven experience in staff management within a kitchen environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
