IT Support Technician / Specialist. We're seeking an experienced IT Support Technician / Specialist to join our small, dynamic team based in Swindon. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting and developing our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating a strong background in network and IT management
  • Leveraging experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Project managing IT projects, such as migrations from on-premise to Cloud
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing IT systems
  • Integrating new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Ensuring the security of our IT environment

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows, CRM, and ERP systems
  • IT security expertise, including cyber essentials
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects successfully

About the Role:

This is an office-based position requiring a five-day-per-week commitment. You will be eligible for security clearance and ideally, you will live within a 45-60 minute commute of Swindon.
