The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with Green Folk, you will:

· Lead operational delivery and candidate sourcing in the sustainability and engineering sectors.

· Expand into account management, nurturing relationships with key business clients.

· Utilize your creativity to attract and engage top talent.

· Be an ambassador for Green Folk's values, championing our commitment to sustainability.


Who we are looking for:

· Experience in recruitment, particularly in and candidate sourcing and networking.

· Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

· Adaptability and a proactive approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a variety of tasks.
