Avionics Aircraft Mechanic

I'm currently looking for experienced Unlicenced Avionics Engineers to join a reputable aviation company on a permanent basis, or on a rolling month by month contract basis, ideally beginning in ASAP.

Where? - Lasham, Alton.

Rates? - £43,750 per annum OR £23 per hour.

How long? - Permanent, or on a month by month rolling contract basis.

‍ Experience wanted? -

• Avionics experience,
• Previous experience in aircraft base maintenance.
• Basic understanding of aircraft systems and components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours? - Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with potential overtime.

You will be -

• Assist licensed aircraft engineers in conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on various aircraft types.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot aircraft systems and wiring.
• Assist in modification programmes and Avionic suite upgrades.
• Document maintenance activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
