Due to exciting growth we’re hiring across the agency. In our Client Services team, that means we’re looking to bring onboard not one, but two new Account Managers.

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering effective marketing strategy and campaigns to our clients, helping them tell their brand stories and thrive. You will own and be accountable for seamless project delivery for our clients, ensuring we are seen as a crucial partner, not just a supplier. But your work isn’t limited to project deliverables, you’ll have visibility and input into overall account planning and people management as well.

What do Account Managers at BWP do:

Our Account Managers are responsible for the seamless project delivery of marketing campaigns for our clients. This includes:

  • Client management – being the key point of contact for your client, managing their expectations (rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests) and building strong, productive relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
  • Project management – ensuring that no balls are dropped, all committed timings, budgets and deadlines are met, and the quality of output is to a high standard.
  • Project delivery - overseeing the day-to-day administration of client accounts and the delivery of best-practice marketing. Working closely with the internal creative, PR and digital teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of our campaigns and communication per the agreed strategic direction.
  • People management - being a supportive mentor and role model for junior members of the team including the management and development of Account Executives within your line.
  • Agency growth – identifying opportunities for client growth and supporting the team with the creation of proposals.

 

What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out?

We're looking for a multi-skilled marketer with 4+ years of similar agency experience. Experience working in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or commercial property sectors will also stand you in good stead 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has been taking the lead on medium-sized accounts and is capable of producing client-worth work with little or no amends from an AD.
  • Has learnt the skills of delivering through others and mentoring junior team members to help with the delivery of day-to-day account support and admin.
  • Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
  • Makes a positive impact – on our clients, colleagues and community (embodying our value Impactful).
