**Role Expectations:**

The Account Director will provide exceptional day-to-day support to clients and internal teams, ensuring the growth of accounts year on year. - Optimise client budgets and develop ROI models.

- Manage monthly forecasting, invoicing, and account profitability.

- Mentor and support the wider team, including direct Account Manager(s).


**Required Experience and Skills:**

- Proven experience in an integrated marketing agency as a senior account manager or director.

- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in partnership with clients and internally.

- Excellent account handling skills with attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
