Valcon UK are looking to recruit a self-motivated, highly logical and intellectually curious Change Manager to join our expanding Consultancy capability in the UK. As a growing business area, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the technical and business landscape, whilst delivering a variety of challenging projects.

You will be:

Responsibilities:
with clients at every level of the business, from C Suite execs through to client facing
and delivering strategic outcomes to the programme you are assigned to
and classifying business change to determine the right change strategy and approach
that the appropriate change management tools and methods are being applied
coaching and advice on change management
coaching, and motivating all members of the project team
to the creation of collateral, the development of services, and associated marketing to enhance the capabilities of the Consulting Practice.
an active role in networking, events, and the personal and professional development opportunities.
