In this role, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.

As our Fabric Technician, you will Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components and installing and maintaining a host of different fabric aspects and on occasions assisting with other duties including PPM and reactive tasks. You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems; selecting appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors and other professionals.

As our Fabric Technician, you will also maintain the fabric of the building including fire safety equipment, painting, plumbing, carpentry, undertaking general repairs and the setting up of offices and meeting rooms.

Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme. Or previous experience in a similar role.
Experience in servicing fire safety equipment.
Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
IT Literate.

Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
