This role is with one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers, known for its simple production processes and minimal SKUs, making it an ideal place to hone your leadership skills without unnecessary complexity.

  • Experience: Proven background in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, or similar role
  • Passion: A strong desire to coach, mentor, and develop a team
