Job title: Commercial Manager / Senior Contracts manager

Location: Bedfordshire/ London

Role purpose

We are looking for an experienced Commercial manager/ Senior Contracts Manager specialising in Plastering and Drylining to join our team.

The Commercial / Contracts manager will be working with Directors in creating and formulating business development strategies, forecasts and sourcing new business opportunities and potential clients as well as managing systems to facilitate successful delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from initial bid to project completion. You will work closely with our sales team, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in commercial and new build housing is essential.
